Project Abby - Amazon

The project was mainly a Miscellaneous one, containing 197 Stairs and 13,195 other miscellaneous items. The main challenge was to arrange the sequences and complete them within the scheduled deadline. We run the parallel two teams with in-depth scheduling. We have to keep constant communication with the main steel in-house steel detailer and main steel IFS files were interoperated to run the project smoothly. The major challenge was to keep the coordination between miscellaneous and main steel.
